吸血骡一般都是没有遵守GPL开源的原则,很多吸血骡都没有提供源代码的,有只下载不上传或者上传很少或者只上传给同类用户,
社区加分,变更userhash,伪装各大正规mod,呢称盗用(以色列人渣)等特征,容易使emule资源断源,由于吸血骡都是自私自利,
如果每个人都是这样,没有人共享资源,那慢慢大家就会发现无什么资源可下载了.
其实吸血骡是没有遵守emule的规则和精神: 公平和共享

最近迅雷的最新版本改变了策略,也提供上传,让很多人迷惑,迅雷到底是不是吸血骡,其实它是满足了一部份人的私欲.

就算迅雷改变不上传,但它还是符合吸血骡的定义,比如说没有遵守GPL协议,没有提供源代码,社区加分,自动伪装各大优良mod版等!

由于官方目前已经判定迅雷为吸血骡，故目前官方的DLP(antiLeech.dll)已经可以屏蔽迅雷。

添加方法如下:

1> 关掉emule
2> 打开emule安装文件夹(如果你记不清楚,请对着emule图标按右键,点击"属性"会弹出个窗口,
点击"查找目标",就会自动打开emule安装文件夹了).
3> VeryCD版骡友请将antiLeech.dll文件复制到config目录下!其它优良Mod版本(如:Xtreme,ScarAngel,neomule,MagicAngel等)则是复制到emule安装文件夹下!
4> 重新打开emule即可封杀迅雷等吸血骡!

Vista系统的所谓的安全性,导致各位骡友找不到Config目录,无法保存修改后的设置或是更新服务器列表等插件！
请各位Vista系统骡友按照以下操作,就能找到Config目录了：

1>打开emule-选项-扩展设置
2>打开后,把滑块向下拉,找到"与本机其它用户分享emule",
3>改为"在程序目录下保存配置和下载"
4>按确定,关掉emule,最后接着重启电脑一次!
5>打开emule安装文件夹(如果你不清楚,可以对着emule图标按右键,有个"属性",
   打开后会有个"查找目标",双击它就可以自动打开emule安装文件夹了)，
6>找到config目录,
7>接着复制安全的服务器列表,IPfilter,显IP数据库,反吸血骡插件,相关Mod版的设置文件等相关插件!
